Crasis Couture is a popular luxury Asian fashion house based in Luton. Their creations are hand crafted by highly experienced seamstresses, made to measure for a perfect fit and finished with exquisite detail.
When Crasis Couture first arrived on graffo’s doorstep they were a small start up business producing high-quality clothes made with a passion. However, the company lacked focus and was struggling to market themselves. They set out to introduce a more strategic business approach. Eager for advice, they turned to graffo for help.
graffo undertook a detailed analysis of the business and its marketplace to identify ways in which design might be used to help Crasis Couture achieve their goals. The process raised a number of issues, including the need for product rationalisation and better presentation. It also highlighted opportunities, such as the value that lay in the
quality of their products.
With graffo’s help, Crasis Couture was able to identify a number of projects to address different parts of the business. These included a review of product pricing and an investment into a design project to refine the brand. A new brand design was developed, featuring a typographic signature logo along with a luxurious colour scheme to better reflect the quality of the products they produce. graffo has since gone on to create a full brand guide line for the company, including literature, an online presence and marketing campaigns utilizing social media and more traditional methods.
Crasis Couture’s new branding was launched in spring 2014. The new strategy was well-received and generated a fourfold rise in sales within its first six months. The company continues to grow steadily and has since launched an exclusive bridal wear range which is proving to be extremely popular with its customers.
